Podcast Project

Some helpful links in creating your podcast:
Screencast-o-matic - will be used to create your podcast; we will use the embed code to put your podcast on our wiki, export it to the network drive as a .mov, convert it to a .mp4, then upload to podbean, and ultimately iTunes
Google Docs - one of you will create a new one, and invite the other -- where you can plan your project together
Shared Interactive Whiteboard - use this to plan your project together also -- one person goes to the site, then sends the link to the other person. Nice math symbols here!!!

Review Assignment: Podcast

Your next assignment:

1. In pairs, decide on a topic to teach.
2. Plan your script -- suggestion .. use Google Docs to collaborate.
3. ...Storyboard the idea.
4. Decide if/how to implement graphics.
5. Record your project.
6. Review it.
7. Make corrections/improvements.
8. Re-record your project.
9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 as many times as necessary.

Here you go... idea compliments of Andrew. Instead of just putting the assignments in the lesson plans folder on Edline, I'll also put them on the blog. You then subscribe to my blog, and get all assignments, tests, etc. via RSS feed.
